Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of People Experience & Talent Management to lead our People Services and Talent strategy across the Philippines. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the full scope of People operations while shaping high-impact talent programs that drive engagement, development, and organizational success. You'll be both a strategic thought partner and an operational leader, delivering exceptional employee experiences and enabling scalable, people-first solutions.

Essential Functions and Tasks

People Experience & Operations

  • Lead the end-to-end People Services function across the Philippines, including lifecycle management, compliance, policy execution, and day-to-day operations
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality HR support that aligns with global standards and local requirements
  • Act as the primary escalation point and advisor for complex employee relations, investigations, and sensitive personnel matters
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory reporting, and audit readiness
  • Partner with global People teams to streamline systems, standardize processes, and adapt enterprise-wide initiatives to the local context. 

Talent Management & Development

  •  Design and execute talent strategies covering performance management, succession planning, learning & development, and career progression
  • Launch programs to elevate onboarding, employee engagement, manager capability, and internal mobility
  • Partner with business leaders to build strong, high-performing teams aligned with future workforce needs
  • Facilitate leadership development and coaching opportunities suited for local leadership needs
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify talent trends and recommend proactive retention and engagement strategies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing People Experience team in the Philippines
  • Collaborate closely with global HR functions (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, etc.) to localize and implement global strategies
  • Represent the Philippines in global initiatives, providing local expertise to influence enterprise-wide people programs
  • Cultivate a strong internal brand for the People team as a proactive, solutions-focused partner to the business.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior People leadership role, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dayforce HRIS, including process design, reporting, and configuration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of payroll operations, benefits administration, and People compliance in the Philippines.
  • Experience in building and scaling People strategies, including process development, optimization, and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead People reporting and analytics, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor law, employment practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong track record in talent management, performance systems, L&D, and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing People teams.
  • Experience working with US and Indian leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certifications preferred).
