• Work collaboratively with other stakeholders in the business to understand our data and reporting needs to design and implement a Data Warehouse architecture and reporting framework that will support the specific reporting requirements of Ventra Health.

• Assist in designing the enterprise BI systems from conceptual to physical implementation and operations using the Microsoft BI Toolkit (SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
• Work closely with the Director of Analytics & Automation to define the overall BI data architecture for the EDW and ETL Processes
• Design and build complex relational data structures
• Work with the Development team to establish best patterns, practices, and standards as new technology arises

• 4+ years of Data Engineering experience. To include experience in business intelligence, ETL processes, data warehousing, data structures, data quality. (at least 1 major implementations)
• 2-3 years experience in Dimensional Data Modeling methodologies and techniques
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on / mentor juniors working on multiple priorities.

• Intermediate knowledge and experience with SQL, SSIS, SSAS and SSRSs that support an EDW environment
• Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with the full life cycle of Data warehouse design and development including logical and physical data modeling, mapping data elements from various data sources, and loading EDW objects including dimensions and fact tables
• Candidates must have hands-on experience with gathering business requirements, documenting the reporting and analysis specifications, and designing technical architecture
• Proven ability as a senior developer to mentor developers and answer technical questions
• Strong knowledge and experience with Healthcare reporting, Analytics, and Business reporting needs is a must
• Good communication and collaborative
• Ability to be flexible and work under high pressure in a complex environment
• HealthCare/RCM/Financial systems is a major plus
• Experience with large Health care EMRs is a plus
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.

• Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. 

• This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
