Job Summary

 

  • Ventra Health is seeking a Program Management Analyst with excellent analyticalcommunication and software skills to support the design, implementation, and management of new business systems and processes used by a wide range of Ventra Stakeholders. 

Essential Functions and Tasks

  • Work with the business to gather information and develop system requirements and mockups for key workflows 
  • Work with the business to gather information and develop system requirements and mockups for reports and dashboards 
  • Work with vendor teams to assist in the design and build of rule-based workflows, automation, reporting packages, and dashboards 
  • Understand business processes and produce process flow diagrams 
  • Liaise with the business to help understand and answer system related questions and troubleshoot issues 
  • Prioritize and manage a significant volume of escalation inflow, ensuring issues are triaged, routed and resolved in a timely manner 
  • Manage reporting and dashboards to ensure continuous transparency to stakeholders at various levels 
  • Adapt system configurations based on identified business needs 
  • Coordinate testing scenarios for system changes and enhancements and work with teams to move changes to production 
  • Ensure proper change management for system changes as well at attend Governance meetings. 
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned 

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent training 
  • At least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience. Must include experience working within a high performing reporting team 
  • One to two (1-2) years of computer support experience, preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Monday.com or equivalent system ticketing platform preferred. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Healthcare reporting, Analytics, and Business reporting software 
  • Ability to develop and/or modify and adapt systems, application configurations, and programs to meet individually specified needs. 
  • Good communication and client-facing skills 
  • Ability to be flexible and effectively work with all levels of the organization 
  • HealthCare/RCM/Financial systems is a major plus  
  • Working in an Agile environment is a plus 
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience working in software configurationreporting and management 
  • Ability to interpret and evaluate business needs and to determine appropriate alternative solutions. 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to oversee multiple priorities. 
  • Understand and comply with company policies and procedures 
  • Must be able to prioritize and accomplish objectives in a timely fashion 

 

Office Skills: 

  • Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner      
  • Basic touch 10 key skills 
  • Basic Math skills 
  • Understand and comply with company policies and procedures 
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel 

Compensation

  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. 
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
