Job Summary

  • The Quality Analyst supports quality assurance and validation activities across AI, automation, and technology solutions developed within Ventra’s Global Capability Center. This role focuses on validating automated workflows, AI-driven outputs, and system integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with defined requirements. The position partners closely with RPA, AI, Engineering, and Product teams to identify defects, validate fixes, and maintain quality standards across automation initiatives.

Essential Functions and Tasks

  • Execute quality validation activities for RPA bots, AI models, integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Review functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure test coverage aligns with intended outcomes.
  • Perform test execution for automated processes, including happy path, exception handling, and edge case scenarios.
  • Validate AI-driven outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business rules.
  • Document defects, observations, and validation results clearly and consistently.
  • Re-test fixes and enhancements to confirm resolution and prevent regression.
  • Partner with developers and product teams to clarify expected behavior and quality standards.
  • Support quality checks during releases, enhancements, and production changes.
  • Maintain test documentation, validation artifacts, and execution evidence as required.
  • Follow established quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • One or more years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or technology validation roles.
  • Exposure to automation, RPA, or AI-enabled systems is preferred.
  • Experience working in a delivery or shared services environment is a plus.

  • Ability to validate automated workflows and identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Ability to follow structured test plans while applying judgment to unexpected outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Ability to remain flexible and work in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and defect tracking tools.
  • Understanding of automation concepts, system integrations, and data flow dependencies.
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.
  • Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
  • Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.
  • Basic touch 10 key skills.
  • Basic Math skills.   

Compensation

  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. 
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
