Job Summary

  • The People Services Partner supports and assists with the daily functions of the People Experience and Talent Management department. This role provides broad exposure to People Services, including benefits administration, onboarding, colleague relations, compliance, and policy enforcement. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a people-first approach.

Essential Functions and Tasks

Ticketing

  • Respond to colleague inquiries and route tickets to the appropriate People Partner or department.
  • Provide timely and accurate information via the People ticketing system.

Onboarding

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Administer and analyze onboarding surveys.

Colleague Relations and Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
  • Support engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.

Compliance and Recordkeeping

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Maintain complete and accurate employee records.
  • Assist with audits, mandatory government filings, and training compliance.

Performance Management

  • Assist in performance evaluation processes and performance improvement plans.

Training and Development

  • Coordinate training programs and track participation.
  • Assist in identifying training needs.

Policy Implementation

  • Help draft, update, and enforce People policies and guidelines.

Offboarding

  • Facilitate the clearance process, exit interviews, and retrieval of company assets.
  • Ensure timely deactivation of systems access.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative assistance, including reports, document preparation, and event planning.
  • Manage recognition programs (e.g., VIP and VV awards).

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years in HR administration or related role preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, tact, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based, sedentary work with occasional movement.
  • Must be able to work night shift and meet required attendance.
  • May occasionally lift up to 15–20 lbs.

Compensation

  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. 
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
