Job Summary

  • The Senior Product Analyst, Revenue Cycle Data & Analytics, plays a key role in driving the success of our vSight dashboarding product. This individual leads product discovery, requirements documentation, and collaborates closely with our data engineering and Power BI development teams to deliver impactful data solutions for internal business stakeholders and clients.

Essential Functions and Tasks

  • Lead product discovery sessions to gather and refine requirements from internal stakeholders across revenue cycle functions.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria using Azure DevOps.
  • Maintain product documentation and workflows in Confluence.
  • Collaborate with Power BI developers to guide the delivery of intuitive, reliable dashboards and visualizations.
  • Partner with the data engineering team to ensure data pipelines and models support product goals.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA support for analytics product releases.
  • Monitor product adoption, gather user feedback, and prioritize enhancements accordingly.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle data metrics and KPI definitions.
  • Participate in quarterly client-facing meetings to support product demonstrations or gather feedback.
  • Support change management efforts to drive the adoption of new dashboards and analytics tools.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product ownership, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle environments.
  • Experience working with or supporting Power BI dashboards and data visualization products.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management in Azure DevOps.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle operations, KPIs, and data workflows.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an ability to distill complex requirements into concise documentation.
  • Proficient with Azure DevOps and Confluence for product lifecycle and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake (SQL proficiency a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.
  • Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
  • Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.
  • Basic touch 10 key skills.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.

Compensation

  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. 
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
