• Seasoned Director of Revenue Cycle Management for Radiology with over 15 years of experience in optimizing revenue cycles within the US healthcare industry. Proven track record in enhancing revenue performance, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to exceed organizational goals. Expertise in regulatory compliance, payer relations, and strategic planning to drive financial performance and operational excellence.

• Oversee revenue cycle operations for a Business Unit managing 300-400 people.
• Spearheaded initiatives to improve claim denial rates and increase net revenue through process improvements and staff training.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue cycle strategy to reduce  billing errors.
• Collaborate with IT for improvements in processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership, providing actionable insights to drive financial improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

• College graduate preferably specialized in Healthcare Management.
• 15 plus years core experience working with end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management.

• Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.
• Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.
