Senior Data Analyst, Implementation

• We are seeking a talented Technology Implementation Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining the technical foundation for our billing workflow. You'll utilize your scripting skills and process expertise to streamline operations and ensure flawless billing for our clients.

• Develop, support, maintain, and document a variety of billing processes using in-house tools and techniques.
• Leverage business intelligence and client-specific rules to create accurate and efficient billing workflows.
• Participate in the implementation of process-related initiatives to optimize business operations.
• Develop computer processing routines to automate billing for new clients and sites, ensuring prompt and accurate transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• A keen analytical mind with a talent for identifying, improving, and streamlining processes.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience using scripting tools like Awk or Python.
• Strong proficiency in Regular Expressions.
• Experience mentoring less experienced developers
• Ability to drive design of technical solutions and proven experience owning larger parts of technical implementations
• In-depth knowledge of the Windows command line environment and the ability to develop advanced batch files.
• Familiarity with VB Script usage (a plus).
• A working understanding of HL7 transaction sets and data formats.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.
• Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
• Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.
• Basic touch 10 key skills.
• Basic Math skills.   
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience working in a healthcare or billing environment.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL).
