Supervisor, Coding - Radiology

• Supervise MIPS processes and QA staff to ensure proper functions across multiple medical coding applications and multi-MIPS specialties.

• Monitor MIPS QA volume and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor the production goals of QA staff.
• Provide ongoing education and support to QA staff.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure programming and report functions are performing as expected.
• Proactively review reports for client specific data and ensure all measures populate appropriately.
• Review reports with Clients.
• Review/respond to request to review specific measures.
• Identify and correct any identified errors.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least five (5) years of physical and/or hospital medical coding related experience preferred.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory/management/leadership experience preferred.

• Working knowledge of medical record documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
