Essential Functions and Tasks:
- Orient new staff members towards their goals.
- Manage the team by monitoring and evaluating staff performance.
- Provide updates to the Senior Leadership or Management Team within the organization.
- Set strategic long and short-term departmental goals and evaluate outcomes.
- Motivate and inspire staff while facilitating personal growth.
- Ensure high levels of productivity are maintained.
- Guarantee the highest levels of quality are met.
- Communicate job expectations to staff.
- Conduct training and seminars for continued skills improvement.
- Foster a productive working environment.
- Establish adherence to company and industry regulations.
- Report to the night shift at least twice a week whether to meet a client’s request or to train and guide team members while working on new projects.
